Your First 90 Days Have a Plan
Train with Greg Blackall and your experienced agent mentor, and collaborate with other mentors and students as you go. Your first 90 days give you a practical starting point for learning the business.
Mentors are matched to mentees based on geography, goals, and individual needs. You and your mentor discuss availability together.
Mentorship Through Your First Four Contracts
Build experience with people you can turn to.
Your mentorship covers the first four contracts you complete. Work with your mentor as you apply your training to real customer situations.
Ask questions, build your judgment, and take on more responsibility as your experience grows.
Commission and Costs
During mentorship: 10% of the total commission goes to Veranda. A separate percentage of the total goes to your mentor, agreed between you and your mentor. You receive the remainder.
After mentorship: The split is 90/10, with 90% to you and 10% to Veranda.
Monthly technology fee: $99, paid by all Veranda agents. This is Veranda's only fee. Optional ChatGPT Business access costs extra.

We match you with an experienced agent based on geography, goals, and individual needs. Availability is discussed between you and your mentor.
What counts toward my first four transactions?
The first four contracts you complete as a mentee.
How does commission work during mentorship?
